Parenting is a rewarding experience. It is discovering our children's strengths and facilitating their journey towards independence. Our primary goal is to make sure they get the best support possible. We experience victories and setbacks as we achieve milestones in their development. A well-informed parent will always be on top of their children's program. For this purpose, we provide this module to prepare parents for the challenges ahead.
The objectives of the training are the following:
a) We will assist parents in designing a structured environment at home where consistency and parameters are well-established.
b) We will establish the parents' role to lead in developing their children's individualized program based on active participation and collaboration.
c) We help parents align their objectives to promote independence and better integration in the educational setting.
As schools open, we invite parents to prepare to integrate their children back into school and their support services. We extend this module to families, parent groups, schools, and organizations.

About The Resource Speaker
Mr. Saballa is a resource speaker and a consultant by profession. He holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and is a Registered Psychometrician. He also holds a Certificate in Special Education and has taken further studies. As an advocate, he conducts empowerment training and workshops for private and government institutions. In his years of advocacy, he founded support services aimed at helping the broader community. He is currently the founder of Coaching Space, a digital platform that provides mentorship and performance coaching support for individuals, groups, and organizations. This is a culmination of all his work that spans 20 years, dedicating himself to a life of training and empowerment.
